What to do on your server before going to member’s area?

1. Create Thumbnail Directory. You must log on with your ftp program and create a thumbnail directory you may call it thumbs or whatever name you want. MAKE A NOTE OF IT YOU WILL NEED THE NAME AND PHYSICAL DIRECTORY ON THE MEMBER’S AREA.
2. CHMOD The thumbs directory 777 (chmod 777 thumbdirectoryname) If you don't know what chmod is you can find a quick tutorial here.
3. Create a directory inside your cgi-bin for our script. You can name it whatever you want. MAKE A NOTE OF IT YOU WILL NEED IT ON THE MEMBER’S AREA.

Now you are ready to go to the member’s area.

Members Area:

1. Main page: Here you will find news and resources.

2. My Templates Screen:
You can edit, delete and add templates on this screen.

You can Add Templates by clicking on located at the bottom of "My Templates" Screen.

3. Add Template Screen:
This is where you add or personalize your template.

You will find the following fields with their explanation:

  • Filename to create (this will be the include file that will be uploaded to your server)
  • Amount of rows of your template
  • Amount of columns of your template
  • Scheduled time (this is the time you want to schedule for our server to upload files to your server) (current server time: 10:45:24)
  • Select thumbnail size:
  • Thumbnail border (if you want one or not)
  • URL target (open in new window, select _blank to open in new window)
  • Select galleries (select the type of galleries pics, movies or both)
  • Url Prefix (this is for your tradescripts): (OPTIONAL Leave blank if none The text filled in here will be used in front of the gallery url. You can use this with your trade script). Make sure you put the full url to your trade script, because we dont generate these codes on your templates. The url prefix is sent by our click server to the client. eg http://www.yoursite.com/ttt-out.php?url= Changes to this field can take up to 10 minutes before its operational. Make sure you entered correct data here, otherwise the galleries won't display!
  • Settings Defined (Choose the name of the setting created. If you didnt create a setting yet, you can create a setting later and you may edit this field later)
  • Custom Template( OPTIONAL. Choose the name of the customtemplate created. This functions allows you to use your own template design ) If you created a custom template you may choose its name here so that the final output will match your custom template.

Archive Options

  • Template Type:( OPTIONAL. Select Normal for a normal template or source template) Select Archive of this template if you want to create an archive page of a template you created. Select Overall archive if you want to create an archive page of all template you've created. All archive pages are generated with the settings you make below. All thumbnails are sorted by best clicked thumb, based on unique visitors.
  • Archive Period:( Select the amount of days the system will go back to generate your archive. If you want a yesterdays best clicked thumbs for example you select 1 day. The maximum amount of days is 90! This only applies to templates which are set as an archive.
  • Archive method: Select if you want the archive to create only 1 day worth of data. This will be the day you selected above. If you want an archive with best clicked thumbs between yesterday and the day you selected leave it unchecked.
  • Create archive from template:( Select the template you want to create an archive from. This only works if you've selected Archive of template above).

And when you're done, just click located at the bottom of the screen.

4. Modify Template Screen:
When you have already created succesfully your template, click Edit to modify your template.

When you are finished editing your template you can choose in the last option the niches you would like with the button also located at the end of the screen.

5. Add Niches Screen:
In this screen you can select from all the different niches we have, you can choose the amount of niches you want, without any limit. You can mix and match. Note: It is important to have all sponsors setup on your sponsor screen this will reduce the chance of getting broken images on niches where you don't have a sponsor assigned.

When you finish selecting the niches you would like your template to have click
And back to "My Templates" Screen choose

6. Custom Templates Screen:
Here you can see a list of your own personalized templates.
